Lifelong Learning

KS3

The Lifelong Learning Curriculum complements our academic offer and provides students with broader development opportunities. Students build on their confidence, resilience and independence to develop strength of character and their social and emotional skills.  It also enhances students' spiritual, moral, social and cultural development.

Each term, students are provided with a wide range of opportunities to nurture, develop and stretch their talents and interests and build on their aspirations to be enterprising and ambitious. Students are involved in live community projects and are offered opportunities to work with local charities, agencies and members of the community. Students will work on the development of an outdoor learning space which will incorporate a sensory garden and building activities for students to build on year on year. A strong focus is be on providing students with the skills necessary to lead positive independent lives with regards to financing, students transport and managing their home living.
